Some merit badges can't be fully completed at camp. This online form is for any homework that was assigned by your camp counselor that couldn't be completed at camp.
This is for incomplete work for the 2026 season only. Submissions for all requirements are accepted until October 15th. From October 16th until December 1st a limited number of requirements can be submitted for.
Please make a separate submission for each requirement you are submitting proof of completion for.
Be sure to upload pictures showing that a requirement was fulfilled. You may need to submit multiple pictures and documents.
